Got my self one of these tonight.

This is why I don't like going out and racing, and playing around much.

Complete bullshit! Every bit of it. I pull out of my apartment complex at a little after 10:30 to go down the street with the plan to take some pictures. The car did slide sideways, it is a little slick out, and it's rwd. I blipped the throttle and straitened it out. Attempted to accelerate but since it was slick the car would just start to spin and slide. Worked my way down to blockbuster and took a right to head to the parking lot behind Food4less. I pull into the parking lot to notice a car about 2 blocks behind me, I pull in get parked shut the car off and go to grab my camera when I notice a cop pulling into the parking lot. I figured oh he is just wondering what I'm doing back here no big deal. He asks me for the usual, tells me get that right TELLS ME that i was playing and trying to slide all over the road. I just let it go I didn't want to argue. He spends a good 15 min setting in his car, wile another cop shows up and another one passes by very slowly. He comes back with a ticket telling me I got a court date bla bla, and that I need to fix my license plate cause it's nearly falling off. The 2nd cop gets out of his car and comes over asking what I was doing back there in the parking lot. Here is the best part, the first cop proceeds to tell him that I was running from him! ::lolz:: I don't see how I was running from him seeing as how he was a good 2 or 3 blocks behind me the whole time, and I never exceeded 35mph cause of the snow.

:fp: I have nothing more to say with out going on a psycho rant.

I feel sorry for you man. I was cutting ebrake slides in the middle of Chestnut, in the accord for about 10min before I saw a car. People outside Hardees were looking at me like "wtf?"

dang bro. that sucks. sometimes i think cops write tickets just for the simple fact that they can. shitty deal for sure. hopefully you get it all lined out and can keep your job.

Ticket center.

I've had one of those, if you get a lawyer it will probably be cheaper. And since it was snowy, you can probably get it tossed.

My girlfriend mentioned taking pictures of the road condition. The road is a sheet of ice! Think it would help me any in court or should I just keep my mouth shut and take what they give me? I don't want to go to trial I know I'll loose unless I get a lawer and I can't afford that.

You must have hit the same cop I got my last ticket from. Talk to the prosecuter and ask if you can take a driving course to get the points off. I took every course there was available in the 90's - YOP - SIS - DWI :)

Like I said above, I can't afford a lawyer unless I can find one for under $500 which I don't think is gonna happen.

Nate, it's not the points it's the fact that my work only allows 2 tickets on your record with in 3 years anything more and their insurance won't cover you. I've already got two tickets from 07' for speeding.

It has been almost 2 years since my last ticket, I've been pulled over 1ce in that time and that was for my tail light being broken.

1. Take pictures of the road
2. Go to the ticket center for consultation.
3. Go to court present your case ( Show picture, show your car is RWD).
4. Pray

There's lawyers cheaper than the ticket center, but the ticket center works good. I would try the place right across the street from Greene County Courthouse. They did one of these for me around $300 if memory serves me correctly. Also got me out of a no insurance ticket, expired tags, and speeding. For $225. I never stepped one foot into a courtroom. Until I got a dwi.

Police cars here are only factory tuned. If you can do better than 180K they can't catch you, so they don't even try.

I got 5 tickets in a 2 month period of time (3 speeding and 2 C&I's) and total it cost me about $500, you should def be able to get it cleared up for less than that.

ticket center did my C&I's

I think my las C&I only cost me about $350 and that was total between lawyer cost and court cost. Plus they got it reduced to a non-moving non-points violation so it never did effect my insurance.
